Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up until day of dispatch, please email us at sales@restingdevil.co.uk
Returns
Returns can be made to us and a full refund will be given (excluding shipping costs) as long as we are notified of the return and we receive the goods in the same condition and original packaging as they were dispatched. Our return period is 30 days and proof of purchase will be required.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages
Resting Devil Brewery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
