Most pubs have beer delivered in kegs and barrels. The Chesterfield Arms is among the few that brew it on-site. This combines all the magic and uniqueness of micro-brewed craft beers with all the feelgood atmosphere of a traditional English boozer.
Launched in April 2022, the Resting Devil micro-brewery occupies the old space known as The Barn. Customers can sit and watch the brews being made behind the two big windows separating the brewery from the bar. Inspired by the local legend of how Chesterfields famous landmark got its crooked spire, Resting Devil proves theres not only rest for the wicked, theres classic booze brewed-up by em too. And for home consumption, we even have brews for bottles.
One of the finalists in the food producer of the year category in the 2022 Love Chesterfield Awards, the Chezzys on-site micro-brewery mashes-up a regular brew of IPAs, pale ales, bitters and stouts.
